BOOK A CONSULTATION

We offer a free consultation via video or audio call which allows us to ask a few questions and begin to understand how we can help. This a great opportunity to build a rapport and start working together for the long term.

PROGRAMMING WRITING AND DELIVERY

With all the information we’ve found out from our consultation we write up a tailor made program and send this via TrueCoach (our online app that sends and records all your workout data). We also offer face to face personal training which is delivered from Optimal Sports Performance, Cannock, UK.

Ongoing Support

We communicate as and when you like to ensure you’re getting the most out of your program. We arrange follow up calls to catch up and make sure you’re progressing and use the messenger function to go through daily workout queries. We also offer support through our blog and social media feeds to keep in motivated and inspired.
