SOLO
This program is for the client who is motivated and ready to go. You have your gym membership or equipment but you want some structure to your sessions.
You will receive your workouts for the week every Sunday so you can plan your week ahead. Depending on your current fitness level we recommend starting with 3 sessions and then increasing as you go. The plan includes 5 sessions each week + 1 optional workout.
You will receive online support every week to go alongside the plan, this support will give you tips to maximise each workout, as well as more understanding on how to achieve results most efficiently.
£30.00 per month. (coming soon)
INDIVUDUALISED
This program is for the client who wants some extra support and regular feedback. Your program will be individualised to your specific goals and needs. Injuries, exercise preferences or equipment limitations we’ve got you covered.
Your program will start with a video call from Jon to get to know you and your goals. From this we will develop your program which you will receive weekly ready to crush the week. Frequent communication through email will enable you to stay on track and answer any questions you have. Every 4-6 weeks a video call will be organised to discuss how things are going and how we can move forward.
£70.00 per month
IN PERSON
This program is for the client who wants 1-2-1 personal training sessions. Your fitness program will start with a consultation either via video call or face to face to establish your goals. The personal training will be delivered from our physical location - Optimal Sports Performance.
